Additional Policies & Information

Outside Food and Alcohol

No outside food is permitted due to Food Safety and Licensing Requirements Decorated and Specialty Cakes/Cupcakes/Cookies are permitted – Maryland Cottage Law All Alcohol MUST be supplied by Leiters’ Fine Catering, No Outside Alcohol will be allowed.

Set Up and Clean Up

All Decorations/Confetti/Florals/Balloons, etc. that are set up by client,or outside vendor,must be removed by the client at the end of the Event.

No hanging or tacking to walls is permitted.

Leiter’s Staff will set up and tear down all tables and chairs, and will bag and remove all event trash to on-site receptacle.

Parking Information

There are 2 nearby Parking Decks and 3 Public Parking Lots. Street Parking is offered at No Charge after 5:00pm, daily. The Hub City Parking Garage is located directly across from the Rear Entrance to our building.
